 Headshots are important! If you don't have current head shots you need to! Head shots can be used across social media sites, on public profiles, as your current email photo and official company about me page. Your headshot should look like you. I can't stress that enough. Why have an image up of yourself if it doesn't look like you? When I started my business I needed updated photos because my last headshots were when my hair was shoulder length and dark auburn red.  Imagine if I had showed up to a networking event and everyone expected the woman with a curly dark red bob and there I am with dark brown waist length hair.
